FAQ and Returns
Do you have a return policy?
For sanitary purposes and because each bow is made to order, at this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. However we take great pride in the high quality of our products, so if you receive a bow and a mistake has been made on our end we will happy to either refund or replace it.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Not at this time, but if things change we'll be sure to let you know!
How long does it take my order to ship?
Once shipped most orders arrive between 2-10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Bows that are in stock usually ship much sooner! We ship via USPS First Class mail. Priority shipping is also available by request.
What’s the best way to clean your bows?
Spot cleaning is recommended for all stains. Use a toothbrush and gently scrub the affected area with warm water and a dab of Dawn dish soap. After cleaning, scrub again with hot water to remove any remaining soap. Reshape bow and let air dry. Some bows may occasionally benefit from being pressed lightly with a dry iron as well.
Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?
Message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, provided a mailing label hasn’t already been printed for your first order.
Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?
If you’d like to make changes please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time period, we can no longer make changes to your order.
Will I receive tracking information once my order has shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email with confirmation of shipment and further tracking information once it has shipped.
